REVITALIZE YOUR LIFE

yOUR hEALTH IS YOUR LIFE
Many people have been put into a trance, believing that their lives are under another power's control. While we may indeed be conceived of divine inspiration, our struggles are our own. Our health, more today than ever before, is the state in which we are able to perceive the world around us. With clearer vision, we are able to see more opportunity to grow, more chances to love, and more clearly our paths in life. A divine symbiosis of health, emotional connection, and mental steel are necessary for inner growth, and without the insight of all three guiding us—we find ourselves often; lost.
proper nutritionhealth // September 20, 2016Nutrition is a facet of diet that often gets overlooked. However simple, this core part of our lives ripples so deeply into what we are it may affect our every decision.
Have you ever snapped at someone from being hungry? Have you ever avoided someone because you've had gas? These very illustrative examples are very surface-level examples of how our decisions are influenced based on nutrition. More practically speaking, long term nutritional deficiencies can be mistaken as personality traits they are so effective. Generations of nutrient-deprived people may well become less genetically resilient to disease, mental degradation or any one of a number of other health issues. Vitamins and supplements can help to balance the burden of these types of nutritional gaps. Multi-vitamins are seen by many as a means to avoid having to think too heavily about diet; offered as a once-a-day solution for an everyday need. The truth is, that cramming all those pills into yourself once a day leaves many of the nutrients unused, or unable to be absorbed. An example is that of protein powder, often cast as another one-stop answer for health concerns. A meal in a glass; many have said, although these supplements have been mostly popularized by weight lifters through the years. The best protein powder available on the market won't make up for a lack of exercise, just like eating right won't help offset the damage of alcoholism. Our Lives are a balance, our diet is an integral part, but our will is of the most importance. |
